Addy Intelligence Terms

Addy Intelligence is provided by Addy AI, Inc. It includes platform.addy.com, the API, the Playground and the docs. By using it you agree to the Addy AI Terms of Service, which apply here, and to the additional terms below. Where the two conflict, these additional terms apply to Addy Intelligence.
“Outputs” means the text, tables, layouts, classifications and any other results Addy Intelligence gives you.
What you may do
You may use Addy Intelligence and its outputs in your business, including through the API and scripts that use your API key. The parts of the Terms of Service that prohibit automated or commercial use don't apply to this use.
What you may not do
You may not do any of the following, or help or allow anyone else to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract or copy the models, model weights, prompts or methods behind Addy Intelligence, including by studying its outputs.
- Use outputs to train, fine-tune or otherwise improve any AI or machine learning model.
- Use Addy Intelligence or its outputs to build, improve or offer a product or service that competes with Addy AI.
- Get around credit limits, rate limits, or any security or access controls.
- Resell Addy Intelligence, or share your API keys with anyone outside your organization, without our written permission.
If these terms are broken
We may suspend or end your access, including by revoking your API keys.
